Gucci and Canvas magazine have collaborated to produce a book featuring portraits of a selection of Kuwaitis. Icons for Icons is a coffee table book. It was a pleasure working with Nadine Kanso, the photographer, and the team behind the photot shoot. The location was at my late father’s library at home.
Ghadah Alkandari is one of my favorite artists in this current time. Her shows offer a unique experience to the audience, allowing them to attend dressed in her themes, creating a unified atmosphere where one is completely sucked into her parallel world of contemporary artistic expression.
